My second visit to this smokin awesome Texas BBQ operation right outside of Silverdale. I've ever pulled a pound of brisket and pork. Both have the necessary smoke ring of the right 'que. It was Tuesday, so my wife got three Brisket Tacos, we both got smoked Mac's cheese, and corn bread. Everything was excellent, make this your next food experience. View all feedback.
We ate thenys at a wedding. The food was delicious! It was hot, fresh and for wedding dinner, definitely a 5-star experience. When you get married in Kitsap County, don't see more than this place to serve your wedding!!

Food is good. We have been two times now and have no complaints on the quality or flavor of food. The peppers and zucchini are a must and the cornbread is dense but not dry. Taking a star off because: wait times are usually longer than quoted and the “1.5 pound TNT Burrito” was about 4oz shy even with the wrapper on.
November, cold outside. Dinner. First time here. The dune in the area is very small about 5 tables, 4 chairs each, very close together. At least 2 larger picnic tables outside under an overhang. Order at the reception. Limited options, a few meals, pages and individual sandwiches. Front Counter Lady was pleasant. The food was really well flavored. Two meals and my wife shared everyone. A ribbed meal and a brisket meal. The ribs were good, only 4 small ribs with 2 sides and a disc Texas toast. The brisket was very good and a little bigger meat, plus 2 sides and toast. We have tried 3 different pages: beans (good taste, Coleslaw (good taste and grilled zucchini and paprika (interesting taste). Texas BBQ meat and then a Carolina vinegar sauce veggie sauté. Also a note on the BBQ sauce. It was good, but there was only one choice. Many BBQ pits offer as a BBQ sauce. Last observation, the drinks options are very limited. Bottled Tees, Wal-Mart bottle of water. No refillable well drinks. Overall, good taste, smaller portions than other BBQ pits, but it is worth eating.
We ordered a 1/2 pound baby back ribs food and a chopped brisket sandwich. Both are delicious.
