What Jason Stinson doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
The air conditioning was not working, the employee was very friendly but the owner of the building is a slumlord. This place is falling apart and is in need of serious renovation. View all feedback.
The owner Tori is an awesome person and she makes a excellent pizza. Probably the best pepperoni and jalapeno pizza I have ever had. The lasagna is amazing as well.
We placed an order on Sunday 6/25/23 at 12:30pm. Delivery set for 1pm (which doesn't make sense as they never take less than 1hr for delivery).. Called back at 3pm as we hadn't received anything. Was told they had some technical difficulties. I figure ok, it happens. Called back just before 5pm and was told they called their delivery driver back to grab my order to deliver with others. Pizza was finally delivered at 5:30pm. This was bad but the people here were hungry and had been waiting for 5+ hours so we didn't complain to the driver. When we opened the pizzas, we found that they had been made quite a while ago as they were cold and hard. The 2 larger pizzas were smashed and coming apart inside the box and since they had sat around so long they were literally hardened into their smashed positions. The raw uncooked dough (a common problem with this pizza place) was uncovered by toppings in areas, bent out of shape and dried into position. The SMALL BBQ pizza had 5 inches of uncovered crust around the outside and still uncooked dough in the middle. All pizza slices had separated and been smashed back together like the entire order had been dropped. Even the white corrugated paper they put under the pizzas to keep grease from soaking the boxes were pulled almost half way out from under the pizzas and on one pizza had flipped over covering part of the pizza.. We have been here for 17 years and have seen the business change ownership a few times. This is easily some of the worst service we have ever had here. I even tried to call them to let them know but was put on hold and then was hung up on. I can handle bad customer service as we all deal with that in today's age, however, I cannot tolerate undercooked, smashed, cold hard pizza. They have been informed multiple times that they are undercooking the pizza dough, but they have never cared to fix the problem. They have had more than enough chances to avoid this review and have squandered them all.You do NOT get what you pay for here.
The staff was friendly and helpful. BUT, they were both under 21, so they could not pour me a draft beer. They had bottles in a cooler, but not the ones on draft, which were the better beers. The delivery driver is the only one who can pour, and he is out on a delivery . Did not coback while we were there. One would think the manager would have some bottles of the beers on tap for when the delivery guy was gone. Maybe that is too creative for this manager. So, I had water, instead of spending on a beer.
Very Good Pizza is made just be careful cause it sometimes falls apart and the Chicken wings are phenomenal.
There was a lot of meat on the pizza, and we liked how there's specials for each day.The preparer was impressive with tossing dough in the air. My only issue was when they said 30 minutes, but it was nearly an hour later when I left. Perhaps we'll have it delivered next time.
