There is a Salvadoran employee, who serves in a very bad way and as a customer that keeps you from going or ordering food there, they should put a stop to this woman who is rude, otherwise the place will go down further every day than it already does.
The service has really gone downhill here. I recently placed an order through the app for pickup. The app showed me that my order was ready so I went to the store and saw a big line to the door. I went to the pickup or express area and the lady said my order wasn 't ready and that they are busy. They kept making orders for people in line even though I had placed my order 30 mins prior. I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make only half my food; I told them to cancel the other half and give me what they made. They are understaffed and undertrained--one worker had to translate every customer request to the only other worker. I saw two people leave the line in frustration. Subway had sales exceeding projections by nearly $1.4 billion yet can 't get the basics right.
