Subway - Silver Spring

The subs here are standard, the service is the problem and it is actually abysmal I need a glutton for the punishment that returns to this place or more likely there are small food options in the area and I live nearby. I honestly don't get the high brands for the service, but then again I'm sure some people get a privileged service, but I'm degressing. I have contacted the management IDK, how often they take care of it or focus on the consistency of the service. I'm pretty sure the workers can't even spell consistency so I could ask too much. The staff refuses to welcome you or ask as much as I can take your order without the customer disturbing their empty stars to go. But then, or may the next customer not receive a greeting, there is no consistency. I guess if you're recognized by the Barrio or one of the seniors, you'll be treated pretty much. Not my fault that your paid minimum wage will leave your problems/emotions/biases at home and do the job... women. Then there is the problem to repeat several times to change your order. IDK if it is a language barrier or what. Anyway, this place is garbage I should just drive to Norbeck and Bauer, which in all honesty is probably not much better, customer service is just dead. Youth has no work ethics, at least with some customers. Rant over.

Good service, good subs, clean restaurant! Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to catch a fast sub.

Really satisfied with the Sub of the day Tuna sub I came here with practically everything I wanted on it fresh peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, pimples and olives. It's just pure charity. There was only one employee and she was very polite.

This subway has the freshest bread I've ever had on every subway in the USA. Cleanliness is 10/10 here and the staff was very friendly. Management in this business definitely does her job well. Especially thanks to Karina for great sub's for our group.
