She screamed and yelled... read more The Ethiopian manager is beyond rude, I use to come to this location a-lot but after today I would never dine in or order takeout again. She screamed and yelled after I asked her to use the restroom after I purchased food. She lied and said therestroom was out of service however multiple employees were going in and out. This establishment needs new management asap.

While they are friendly, the unisex bathroom is consistently lacking in tissue and, surprisingly, there is never any soap. Furthermore, the bathrooms aren't well-maintained. I also noticed that one of the bathrooms is kept clean only for the staff. I feel the need to report this to corporate. To effectively do this job, it's essential to speak and understand English, as well as to provide basic necessities like napkins and tissue for the customers.

I arrived from Italy on August 28, 2020, and had a reservation at the Travelodge/Days Inn hotel. Upon my arrival, however, the hotel management claimed contamination issues and decided to evict me. Looking for alternatives, I found another hotel nearby and went to Subway for lunch, which was just two blocks away. To my surprise, not long after I arrived, the same hotel manager who had just kicked me out walked in. He spoke in his native Ethiopian language to the sandwich artist, and suddenly, her demeanor changed completely. She became extremely rude, threw together my sandwich with barely any consideration for what I ordered (it was clear she struggled with English), and hurried me to pay. When I asked to use the restroom, I was shockingly denied access for the ridiculous reason that it was out of service, even though I had just seen another customer receive the key moments earlier. Subway really needs to take a hard look at the attitude of their staff in these franchises. I will not be returning.

There are no salad bowls, and they’re out of steak, meatballs, and other common items that should be available at this chain. The management really needs to improve their oversight of inventory. Every customer I saw had to choose different items. It’s disappointing.

I ap... read more The staff at Subway are friendly, and the subs taste great. It's important to remember that this is a budget-friendly option, not a fine dining experience. I appreciate the hard work of the employees, especially since I’ve worked in fast food during my college years. It can be tough dealing with rude and picky customers. I don’t understand why some people choose to eat there if they’re so dissatisfied. Additionally, the negative comments reflect more on the reviewers than on the restaurant itself. If you’re unhappy with the service, it might be worth considering making your own meals or trying another place. Personally, I’m fortunate to enjoy free lunches due to my job, so I'm just grateful for the service provided.
