Each pizza is fully customizable, all at the same price, which is a unique concept. The quality is impressively good for the price—freshly made to order, not frozen or reheated. The pizzas aren’t very large but are sufficient for one person. I’m curious whether the pricing is a temporary promotion or permanent, but either way, it’s great value. Service is minimal since most ordering happens through the tablet, and while the staff seemed a bit uninterested and not very friendly, it didn’t bother me because the pizza was worth it. The atmosphere feels like a sleek fast-casual restaurant. Overall, I would definitely return. They offer vegetarian options through customization, and gluten-free dough is also available. Recently, they introduced an unsettling AI message, and combined with barricades and an oddly curated menu, the atmosphere became even more uncomfortable. I would rate the food, service, and ambiance a 1. I wouldn’t recommend &pizza to vegetarians, as their options are very limited. The presence of barricades and strange odors made the experience unpleasant. The restaurant seems to neglect various dietary restrictions, which is disappointing. Parking is hard to find, with no nearby options available. The strong scents they use seem to overpower rather than enhance the food. It’s not kid-friendly, as they don’t allow customizing European pizza ingredients to create combos. Wheelchair accessibility is questionable, and their unfriendly attitude extends to pedestrians as well. The barricades appear to be a response to problematic local traffic, but insisting it’s illegal to move them only adds to the frustration. Overall, &pizza has major issues with customer experience and atmosphere.
