I'm the biggest fan of Pho. This place is the best in my neighborhood. Perfect place to go when you need a quick bit of comfort food

The pho was excellent and the restaurant was spotless. I have never seen such a clean place to eat. Even the bathroom was sparkling. Didn’t have anything else to eat but I will definitely be back.
Pho Cafe- Bethesda. Repulsive disrespect of my service dog. My dog is extremely well behaved and sat under my legs the entire service. As we got up to leave, the staff accused her of chewing on the furniture-furniture that was two tables over. There wasno evidence of such damage. If you have a service dog or respect their service, please do not dine here. Extremely distraught.
