We've returned several times... read more I have wonderful memories of Nando's, especially since it’s where a particularly beautiful woman and I had our first meal together. We've returned several times since then. The restaurant specializes in creative chicken dishes and is part of a chain based in South Africa. Fun fact: both Prince William and Prince Harry are fans! You order at the counter, and the service is fairly quick and reasonably priced. Additionally, it has a great location in Downtown Silver Spring.

However, on our visit during the busiest dinner hour on a Saturday, the place was quite crowded, and the volume of the music was so loud that it was difficult to hear each other. So, we decided to turn around and leave.

Not S good for them, but great for us: the place was quiet, and the food was both less expensive and just as good, even though it meant switching from a brunch mindset to lunch. Each of us got some form of chicken, and everyone dialed the spice level they wanted. We had a great 1 12 hour meal and a chance to catch up with friends we hadn't seen for over a month.

The prices are reasonable, and they have unlimited Dole Whip for $2.99!!! I invited my coworkers to dine here with me a couple of times and everyone was very impressed.
