We ordered the twin lob... read more I visited Ocean Garden for the first time on July 19, 2014, with friends who were visiting from out of state, but I won't be going back. We ordered the twin lobster special, which was supposed to come with 2 lbs of steamed clams, but when the food arrived, we only received the lobsters. When I inquired about the clams, they informed me that there were no clams available and did not offer any substitutions. Additionally, one member of our group ordered sea scallops, but two of the pieces turned out to be fish instead of scallops. While the restaurant was clean, I was very disappointed with the food, and I wouldn't rate it 5 stars—more like 2 or 3 stars at best. I don't think I'll return.

The coleslaw was fantastic, and the fries were very good. Unfortunately, the boiled lobster we had today was not enjoyable and had a strong smell. After 65 years of dining out, I would say this was the second worst meal I've ever been served. We ordered two lobsters, and they smelled distinctly like fish. The owner insisted they were fine, but he seemed to have quite an attitude and a vivid imagination. Apparently, the smell didn't bother him at all. I left a generous tip for the staff, but my advice to the owner would be to listen to your customers. It might be time for a change!
