Lemon Slice was everything I didn’t know I needed. We enjoyed sandwiches (kitfo and awaze tibs, both served on ciabatta), home fries, a coffee cake muffin, and some incredibly refreshing in-house made ginger and turmeric lemonade (available in both sweet and unsweetened options). I visited Lemon Slice Cafe in the morning, and the breakfast tacos were fantastic! They came filled with sausage, egg, cheese, and a mildly spicy hot sauce. I would definitely order these again! We also tried a breakfast croissant with turkey and egg, but that wasn't as impressive. UPDATE: Lemon Slice now offers dedicated vegan options marked by a green ?V? on the menu! Even the sauces are vegan friendly, like the pesto and lemon dressing. I loved my tofu scramble wrap with mushrooms. And the tofu lunch wrap with cabbage was outstanding. The quality of the food is evident, from homemade sauces to crisp veggies. The owner, Beth, is a ray of sunshine who will work with you to find an option you enjoy. We loved it and will be back!
Great place to sit for a quick meal! Delicious food and friendly service. There's also wifi if you want to do some work.
The best place! I asked Samru if she can make her best version of a Chai latte since it wasn't typically served. I don't know what tea Samru used but it blended perfectly with the warm milk, honey and dash of cinnamon! It was so delicious esp when I dipped a chunk of their famous lemon cake in...mmm mm mm made my whole morning. I wanted an emulated Chai latte and Samru whipped out something way better. Thank You again for always blessing it up!
Tofu veggie wrap was Greasy with mushy vegetables this time. I have gotten it many times before. I think a past variation included a serving of healthy guacamole. I wanted to love them and my meal. But, the to-go container was full of oily sauce. It was listed under Healthy options. I hope it improves next time. It was unsatisfying.
