Ledo Pizza - Silver Spring

The restaurant was quite busy for a Sunday. They had run out of pineapples for the pizza, and some staff members had to dash to the store to get more. Thankfully, Giant is nearby. Unfortunately, after a long wait, I ended up feeling disappointed.

Put an order online and had to do it 3 times because it was the time out when I was ready to pay. Then it changed my order and made 2 of the same pizza when I placed 2 different pizza orders. Waited for an hour on board and had to call 2 times because I was suspended after I was told that it was ready, but it was not brought out. 5 minutes later. (Or policeman wanted to give tickets because the board is in a fire lane. Then home to lukewarm food and wrong order. So frustrated, especially when you say they don't know I was there when I checked in an hour before. I should have checked before I left, but then I was too frustrated? I like Ledos overall, but I need to change locations. This is not my first negative experience in customer service or on the page. Fulton, you're next.

I called and I ordered the pizza special of the day (large pizza with two toppings and garlic bread) on Friday, September 9, 2022. When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited in line for 15 minutes because a few people were ahead of me. When ate the pizza upon arriving home, the pizza and garlic breads were not even warm. They were at room temperature. We had to heat our pizzas and garlic bread in the microwave. To add insult to injury, the pizza dough was not fully cooked and the crust was extremely thinner than usual. As we ate the pizza, all we tasted was the dough. That was very disgusting. I called and spoke to the supervisor. The supervisor informed me that we picked up the pizza late and because of that it was not warm. I informed her that even though, the pizza should have been kept warm and most of all the dough should have been cooked well. I requested that I would like to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager would call me the next day. I informed her that if the manager didn't call me, I would be writing a review online. It has been 5 days, and I have not heard from the manager. He has not attempted to call me to rectify this matter. So, therefore, I have kept my word my adding a review about this Ledo's pizza. Aside from the isdue wirh my food, customer service is by far terrible. When the girls pick up the phone, they immediately place you on hold and their tones are unfriendly and rude. I am very disappointed by my experience at this Ledo's pizza and that management did not rectify this issue.

Where do I begin? The management was unapproachable, my son's pasta was cold, and even after sending it back, it still came out cold. My partner's dinner was also cold, and the service was terrible. Many customers left without being served. The dining room atmosphere was unpleasant. This isn't the dining experience we remember. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve even one star. We won't be returning.

I visited this restaurant on Friday night and ordered a medium pizza. The cashier was friendly, and my order was ready by the time I got in. So why only three stars? When I got home and examined my pizza, I noticed that most of it was overly browned and nearly burnt. The cheese was so hard that I could hardly eat it, despite having requested extra cheese. The one corner that wasn't overcooked was absolutely delicious, but the rest was disappointing. It was even worse when I tried to warm it up. I couldn’t recall why I had stopped coming here before, as I used to really enjoy Ledo's pizza. However, lately, their pizzas seem to be consistently overcooked for my liking. I guess I prefer a gooey, cheesy pizza, and this one was definitely a letdown on a chilly Friday night.
