It appears that the restaurant has new management, and unfortunately, the food quality has declined. The dishes were too salty and overcooked. Despite being loyal customers for over two decades, we will have to find a new restaurant to dine at. We would rate the food and service a 1 out of 5, but the atmosphere remains a 4 out of 5.
Full Key is my favorite Cantonese-style restaurant in the US. The food is consistently excellent. I suggest arriving early to avoid missing out on the roast duck, which sells out quickly. The tofu and sea bass dish is unexpectedly delicious as well. Service is impeccable, making for a great dining experience. Dine-in, dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Highly recommended dishes include Wonton Soup, Wonton Noodle Soup with Roast Pork, and Chicken Wings.
We had incredible wontons at Full Key. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend checking out their menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Full Key stands out for its outstanding service and inviting atmosphere. The staff are warm and attentive, ensuring every need is taken care of. The cozy setting, enhanced by elegant decor, creates a relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend dining here for an exceptional experience!
Recent changes in management at this once-beloved restaurant have led to mixed reviews, particularly regarding food quality and consistency. While the ambiance remains charming and inviting, characterized by attentive service and a cozy atmosphere, some patrons have expressed disappointment over dishes that were overly salty or overcooked. However, loyal customers still treasure standout offerings like roast duck and innovative vegetarian options. With a focus on both Cantonese and unique Fusian styles, the establishment continues to attract diners eager for authentic Chinese flavors. Overall, while service and atmosphere shine, the food warrants careful consideration.

If there was an option for me to choose 0 star, I would go for it right away without thinking. A cockroach came up to the table right after we sit down, and the waitress walked by like nothing happened. Also, honestly speaking, the food was not that good, but the serving attitude was even worse. They kept rushing us disrespectfully, and used their cranky MOM attitude to rush andask us to pack and pay even it was still 30 minutes away from their closing time. I felt very uncomfortable to be a customer inthis restaurant, and I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to y?all.
Back at one of the old favorite and it?s still good. (It must been several years since last visit. . The Shrimp Wontan Noodle Soup has been the reason for us to come here. The price went up but the noodle portion got bigger. The roast duck was goodtoo. I think they used to offer combo platter with duck, pork and chicken. The service was ok and as long as I can rememberthe service wasn?t strong point here.
The best Chinese/Hong Kong style restaurant in MD!! Highly recommend their Wonton Noodle Soup, Seafood Pan Fried Noodles, Baby Clams in Black Bean Sauce, Beef Brisket and Deep-Fried Shell-On Shrimps with Spicy Salt. Majority of their dishes aredelicious, you can?t go wrong. Their Roast Pork and Roast Duck are especially the best in the DMV?I have yet to find anywherethat compares!
It has been awhile since my revisit, but everything tastes the same and plentiful. I do want to add that the prices have increased a lot. I much rather pay more to get what I want to go for any bargain food anyway. Keep up the good quality!
First time customer, two cockroaches on our table from start to end. Food is ok. But when we get the check, they just stand by staring and asking to sign asap. Feel like I got disrespected and they keep asking if we need box and starring with a not nicelook cause they are 10 minutes to close. It?s my first time feel so uncomfortable in restaurants. Will never come back. Hopeit?s just my case but it is still my worst dining experience. 0/10

The older waitress was Very pushy and rude, kept wanting to take the menu away and kept wanting to take the dish away while I still ordering and other table still eatingalso got annoyed when ppl asked questions about the menu. I ordered roasted pork noodle soup, broccoli beef and roasted chicken, all just average. Price was reasonable though. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Came for an early dinner on a Saturday, got a table right away but it did get busier as our meal continued. Staff are sweet, attentive and service is fast! We got brisket lo mein, roast duck and spring rolls. I came here before pandemic and honestly was a little disappointed with quality. The meal was ample and flavor was great, but the meats were grisly and fatty. I understand that duck is a more greasy meat and beef doesn't have to be lean, but we found that most pieces of meat included hard to eat sections. I'd come back to try some veggie forward dishes next time.
