I received my bagel and drink and drove off. They did a great job toasting my bagel just right, but I was disappointed to find there was no cream cheese included! I've been a loyal DD customer for over 20 years. That was very disappointing.

Great Dunkin Dounuts location. Orders are generally made right but if they happen to be wrong, they will easily correct them. Only negative thing I can remember is that they sell out of chocolatedounuts fairly quickly and once I watch a old Asian man order a bacon egg and cheese begal but get flipping angry over the factthere was bacon on the sandwich. I can still hear his sweet angry voice as he shouted... ????BACON? YOU...NOOOOOO BACON!

I stop by... read more This morning I ordered unsweetened hazelnut coffee with cream and no sugar. What I got was sweetened hazelnut. So sweet that I could not drink at all. I stop by this place every morning to get my coffee and am so disappointed with the service I receive.Every time I order, I have to check whether it is unsweetened or not because on numerous occasions they would sweeten it up.Every time my order went wrong. I am not to going to get my coffee from this location anymore. Please employ employees who arefocused and provide good customer service or you will lose your business.
