While waiting on the second b... read more There was 2 people at the register. I payed for 2 bowls had to wait 10+ minutes for one of the bowls because they ran out of meat. While waiting on the second bowl I ended paying for both bowls before my second one was completed. When I finally received my bowl one of the 2 people at the register told me I had to pay .53 cents because I had a tortilla in my bowl. As I explained to him I already payed for both bowls and his explanation as well as his attitude was not nice or okay. Told me it’s only 53 cents… and my question to him was, since you’re minimizing that fact that it’s only 53 cents then it shouldn’t be an issue that I didn’t pay for the tortilla. Trying to make it seem like it’s not that serious but was pressing me the whole time and would not let me leave the line even tho I payed which I thought I did when paying for my 2 bowls.It was rude to see me inconvenienced for longer than expected and then tells me I need to pay for my tortilla after already giving you all a good amount of my money.-I was told the meat will be no more 5 min… it was not.-Would not let me walk away with my paid food-Rude

I often fighting my negative comments to only talk about the good. Well there is no bad here. Silver spring restaurants are on point and even the Chipotle is clean, customer friendly and they have a very efficient to go line. So ordering off the app negates the time needed to stand in a long line. Hang out and check the scenes and sites and when they app says it's time, skip a line. The food is ok. I'm not the biggest fan of the actual food, but for what it is, it's a great Chipotle

For rolling the burrito, half the ingredients spilled out as the server nonchalantly continued rolling the burrito with salsa and sour cream dripping everywhere. When we asked to remake the order as a bowl considering the dramatic mess over the serving counter, our server was despondent. As local residents, this is the first and last time we come here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Upon approaching the counter, I immediately noticed how unsanitary the area looked. The spaces beneath the food containers were dirty and appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It was genuinely off-putting and far below what I expect from any food establishment, let alone a national chain like Chipotle. While I stood there, I overheard a customer asking for water, and to my shock, the staff member informed him that a cup of water would cost $3.75. That price point—especially for water—is unreasonable and felt exploitative. Between the unclean environment and the absurd water charge, I decided to leave without completing my order. What surprised me most was that none of the staff members asked why I was leaving, let alone expressed concern. In fact, they seemed indifferent—if not relieved. Chipotle’s service quality at this location has been declining over time, but today’s experience pushed it beyond tolerable. If this trend continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location—or the company itself—faces serious repercussions. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
