The service was very slow, and the restaurant was not clean. This location falls far short of Chick-fil-A’s usual standards. Additionally, there is no drive-thru or sufficient space for curbside pickup.
It had been a long time since I last had Chick-fil-A because I moved to an area without any locations (overseas with the Army). I was excited to try it again, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The sandwich lacked flavor and was a bit soggy, and even the pickle was underwhelming. I’m not sure if my memories were idealized after such a long time or if the quality has declined. Overall, I was quite disappointed and realized I might not have been missing much during all those years without Chick-fil-A.
We absolutely love Chick-fil-A and visit about four times a week. The peach smoothie is incredibly delicious, and the frozen lemonade is just amazing! I always order the Coop Salad, while my boys go for the sandwiches, fries, and sodas. We really enjoy it!
I was feeling a bit emotional and didn't want to interact with anyone, so I asked for three different condiments but only got two. Frustrated, I noticed some condiment samples above the soda fountain and decided to help myself. Unfortunately, an employee behind the counter rudely told me that I should have just asked for the sauces instead of taking them. This experience really made me question whether I'd want to return to this location again, especially since it was my first visit.
I’m giving this restaurant 1 star simply because the food was fresh. However, everything else was disappointing. The dining area was dirty and unkempt. I could overlook it at first, but then I discovered they don’t provide trays. I had to eat off a filthy table and ended up using napkins as a makeshift tray. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to find a better place. The wait times here are ridiculous too. They definitely need to improve staff training.
