I've only had take out from Curry Place but have enjoyed everything! The samosas are crispy and delicious. The biryani was also fantastic and a great portion. I got vegetable and wished the vegetables were a bit more chopped (e.g. huge florets of cauliflower) but the flavors were great. I continue to order from Curry Place and can't wait to try having a meal at the restaurant. View all feedback.
What T C doesn't like about Chatpata Curry:
Ordered for carry out. Food was ok. Bread was very fresh. We ordered Samosa Chat, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, The Kabob platter and the lentil Dahl... not bad. Meats were tender except the kabob platter which was a bit over cooked and burned. My favorite was the samosa chat and the garlic naan. Worth trying again. View all feedback.

The food was so amazingly delicious. We opted for delivery. It was on time, hot temperatures, and fresh. I would try it again.
If they were less rude about taking a customer's money, they'd be ok. But I've gotten chastised or blown off too many times to go back. This is not a cultural gap thing. It's just disrespectful and unpleasant. There are tiger Indian spots nearby that get service right.
My wife and I love Indian food and were delighted to find a highly-rated Indian restaurant nearby. So, we decided to give Curry Place a try. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was delicious! Dishes that should be spicy WERE spicy, and dishes that shouldn't be especially spicy weren't. I ordered the food for carryout and it was ready within 15-20 minutes. Also, the man at the desk was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely order from Curry Place again... and again... and again!
