This is not a cultural gap thing. It's just disrespectful and unpleasant. There are tiger Indian spots nearby that get service right.

We ordered a variet... read more My wife and I love Indian food and were delighted to find a highly-rated Indian restaurant nearby. So, we decided to give Curry Place a try. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was delicious! Dishes that should be spicy WERE spicy, and dishes that shouldn't be especially spicy weren't. I ordered the food for carryout and it was ready within 15-20 minutes. Also, the man at the desk was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely order from Curry Place again... and again... and again!

I was craving Indian food but I don't often find Indian restaurants to my liking in this area. The other reviews looked great and we were not disappointed at all. We tried their veggie pakora, lamb rogan josh, and daal makhni, as well as some garlic and regular naan. Everything was extremely delicious. The pakora were hot, crispy and really well spiced and flavorful. The sauce on the lamb was extremely fragrant and delicious with tender chunks of lamb. The daal were also so tender and very creamy and tasty. The prices were also incredibly fair for the quality of the food. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
