Sakura Sushi Steakhouse - Silver City

Terrible service, good sushi. Had to wait 2 hours to get our order... I found your dish was a highlight.Only one person taking orders for the restaurant.

I have to say that the 4 people who work here currently are amazing! Hard working and kind. They deserve a big round of applause for uprooting themselves to live here and make a go of Sakura's. Sad to see them leave but so glad that I was able to experience the food and their beautiful qualities.

Because its nice and the food is great and the owners are nice to you I recomed to anyone who likes Asian food

I love it it the food is good people work hard here The man that work the register very nice I hope this restaurant never leaves. The prices are 8 49 for lunch buffet and 10 99 dinner 4 thru 12 Are half price they have. ice cream too my favorite

I hear Sakura is closing, which is quite a shame since it's the only place in Silver City where a diner can find authentic Japanese fare--and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to boot. I stumbled into Sakura a bit late into my tenure in Silver City but once I tried it, I was pleased. My favorite dishes are the fried tofu and the avocado rolls, but there is lots more to try, and I only hope that Sakura will stay open long enough for me to visit a few more times. The restaurant is clean, the plating is attractive, the flavors are good, and for a small western town, it's as nice a Japanese restaurant as one could expect. I wish that Sakura had a beer and wine license because one of my dining companions lamented the absence of beer with his sushi, and who can blame him for that.
