Blake's Lotaburger - Silver City

Blakes in Silver is always cooked to perfection in a timely manner by the super friendly staff! We love them! #lottaburgerlove

So far I’ve eaten 3 times here, always the same thing actually, their lota burger.I think it is a little bit expensive, in comparison with other places. But so far, I really liked the food, service and everything there.

Staff messed up my order. I politely pointed out the mistake and requested it be corrected. Instead of correcting the order staff wanted to explain that it was my fault she rang it wrong because I modified (no lettuce or tomatoe) the order and rudely stated that I needed to pay more. I paid the additional amount and then the staff took the already cold burger back to the food prep line, put the missing cheese on it and hand it back. Now coldish burger, with cold cheese, bad attitude from staff and a health code violation to boot. I know good staff is hard to come by, but come on.

Very courteous staff, great food. only... the soda fountain needs more attention, it was quite icky soda was splattered all over yhe machine and countertop.

I just moved here, but my family lives here. We had a long day driving and moving and I was so looking forward to a beautiful green Chile double cheese burger with all the fixins. And... nope wrong burger. Also took forever. Nothing on it but two sad tiny patties and a whispering of cheese. The other was supposed to be a chicken sandwich... I couldn't even identify what was on that bun, pretty sure it was a fried rock. I left with literally a bad taste in my mouth, I did say something and they made no move to fix anything. My heart was broken and so was my appetite. Today I went to the Blake's in Bayard, it was fantastic the burger was and everything on it was fresh and perfect. Seasoned frys crispy fresh and delicious. So morel of the story if you are in this area and want a lotaberger go to boyard. Silvercity location is run by crackheads.
