The guy in the window heard my order wrong so I ended with 2 happy meals and 2 extra sodas....so I needed a refund for a happy meal and 2 sodas. The manager Terri came out and was polite and helpful. I had a bit of a mix-up with my order – the guy at the window misunderstood me, and I ended up with two Happy Meals and two extra sodas. As a result, I needed a refund for one Happy Meal and two sodas. The manager, Terri, came out to assist me, and I have to say she was extremely polite and helpful. She handled the situation very professionally, asking what went wrong and why. I was genuinely impressed by her concern for the issue! I will definitely be back!
It's McDonald's. The food is delicious, but it's not something you should have every day. The customer service is good, and the restaurant is clean. I feel for the cashiers who have to deal with upset customers over mistakes that stem from miscommunication. Who visits McDonald's without already knowing what they want? If you're not ready to order, please step aside!
It was lunchtime, and the restaurant was quite crowded. I ordered a Quarter Pounder, and it mainly consisted of meat, onions, and bread. The condiments, like mustard and ketchup, were barely noticeable in the center of the sandwich.
