I'm just setting three stars for a recurring problem. The food is good and the staff is friendly, but the problem is that if the store should be open up to 10 and they close almost an hour early and not on holiday it is wrong. View all feedback.
They usually don't have hot and ready when I go, but if I pre-order, they're not disappointed.
I've always loved Little Ceasers but as of lately they have been slacking on the pizza the dough is uneven and burnt or very doughy they never cut it all the way through I think they can do better .
Order the deep dish pizza it was clearly undercooked vegetables were cold. When I called address the situation the young man that answered the phone argued with me and said something about sticking his fingers in our food regardless of whether he did or not is very unprofessional and uncalled for. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating and happily remade my food for me and made it right.
Horrible customer service! I walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes before the gentlemen came to assist me. This was after I made eye contact with the two female employees making pizza. I then asked the gentleman if he had any hot and ready pizzas and he said nothing. I then asked what he had ready , he then nothing. How can you advertise ?Hot and ready pizza? and not be ready. I do not recommend this location.
I'm giving this restaurant three stars due to a recurring issue. The food is good and the staff is friendly, but they have a problem with their closing time. If the store is supposed to be open until 10 PM, it's frustrating when they close nearly an hour early, and this happens even on non-holidays. This needs to be addressed.
