Biscuitville - Siler City

Food has always been hot and fresh! Orders are always right, and employees are friendly. All fast food chains should take notes!

I can only think of 1 time I came to get pancakes and they were fresh. I never write reviews but this place is too new to the area to not care already. We don't have many options in siler city so please do better. I always check my pancakes when I am in drive thru because when they 1st opened I thought it was just honest mistakes everyone was learning etc. But someone picked these up and put them in the container they know for sure they wouldn't eat them. the corners was so hard. When I showed the guy at drive thru he said we have fresh ones down pull up and someone would bring them out. No apologies no wait time luckly id just got off work so i wasnt in a hurry. I would usually pull out and pull into McDonald's. But I decided to check this time because I don't want to waste money. Just last week I was there got home to find a hair in my biscuit. I drove back and the lady remade the whole order and offered me 2 coupons for sweets. She asked if I wrote a review I said no. She said it was the 2nd complaint of the day about hair in the biscuit. It's time to train and hold these people accountable.

Everytime I visit, they always forget something. Last time I went there, they forgot to give us our drinks and forks. The employees are 50/50; some can be sweet while others are rude. The food is tasty though. It's the customer service that is upsetting.

I was disappointed. The food was bland. I got home and had the wrong biscuit in my bag. The sausage biscuit was as flat as a pancake. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the tea container in the dining area was missing its lid. I informed the person at front counter and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I do not plan to go back no time soon.

Friendly and caring. They ask what you need. This is especially helpful if you're disabled. Great coffee and food!
