I'd have loved to rated this place for food, but, despite being more than half empty at 12.45 on a Friday lunchtime, we were told that the kitchen was too busy, so we and a host of others were turned away. Drinks only, mid week afternoon ale not kept well. Welcoming and spacious, non trad more of a gastro pub, probably.
