I checked in both ac non ac rooms, earlier in the month juli 17 there was not so good room service youngs, but while in the month jan 18 I visited them, I was too happy to see a service boy. he was very fast, helpful profi. overall the space food quality good. in Silchar all hotels for rent are high as metro city View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about City Palace:
The reception guy don't know how to behave customer, he has Tatoo and some scars in his hand, he manipulate Room price after seeing room, moreover rooms makes bathroom smells View all feedback.
Nice, but the service is not good, even they do not know at the time of entry they must serve soap, glass, water. every hotel with always rooms. not so cheap.

Not so good. Food quality is very poor. Sitting arrangement in restaurant is not good. Waiters are not well-trained .
It is a nice hotel and service is so good. also its serves a delicious meal.
The rooms are clean and very hygienic, hotel staff are also very understanding and eating was so delicious
