I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely excellent, earning a perfect five stars, especially the Lumpia, which I highly recommend. The service was quite good as well, with attentive staff that made sure we were well taken care of, earning four stars. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, also deserving of four stars. Overall, it was a delightful evening out!.
What Connie Maggio doesn't like about Cecil's Cafe:
I would give 5 stars for the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. I had a double order, and I had to retrieve my cutlery from another table twice after the waitress took it away after my appetizer. It was pretty hot inside, and customers have to go get their own bills. On a positive note, they allow dogs inside, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working. Baked salmon with rice tasted very good. I have milk with my coffee because I don't like creamers. the personal is very friendly. if they're on the way to tagaytai or back, they should be over here. that's worth it.

Now, about the food: I tried the sotanghon and the blackhouse, and everyone else at the table was equally pleased with their meals, which included fresh lumpia, chicken wings, palabok, and brazo de mercedes.
What sets this place apart is the lumpia; it’s truly exceptional. However, the rest of the menu doesn’t offer anything particularly noteworthy. In fact, the prices are quite high considering the portion sizes. Additionally, parking can be a significant issue, and the restaurant has limited seating due to COVID protocols. This means you might end up wasting time if your sole intention is to dine here.
The restaurant is very clean and follows all the necessary protocols. The lumpia is fantastic!
Good food and very afordable all menus were good specially the Lumpiang Gulay????
