There are a few who hav... read more I'll give you 5 stars because I've been by since opening, I know what it was earlier. The morning service needs help or better training. There are a few who have been there since the beginning, but they are constantly running around to do EVERYTHING. The new people on the counter have to rise the game, it goes downhill. Still great food and coffee, simply unorganized and slower than ever.

The morning service needs improvement or bett... read more I'll give this restaurant 5 stars because I've been a regular since its opening, and I've seen how it has evolved. The morning service needs improvement or better training for the staff. While a few longtime employees are still there, they seem overwhelmed with all the tasks. The newer members at the counter need to step up their game, as things are declining. The food and coffee are still excellent, but the overall organization and speed of service have unfortunately worsened.
