To my surprise, my pizza arrived at the door in less than 15 minutes! I can't believe how fast that was—I've waited longer for deliveries from Jimmy John's in Cape. Plus, the pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked, not burnt at all. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you!

Unfortunately, about half the time, my orders are either not ready, misplaced, or incorrect. When I attempt to resolve these issues with a manager, I often find myself speaking with a shift worker who pretends to be the manager but just lies and dismisses my concerns. This experience has caused me to question my loyalty to Domino's. While I might pay a bit more at other pizza places, at least they prioritize customer service. It's concerning to see a business treat someone like me—who spends hundreds of dollars on pizza monthly for both my family and organization—like this. I wouldn’t be surprised if this leads to their downfall.
