It's funny how Pho is in the name but this place has almost nothing to do with the Vietnamese dish, Pho. I enjoyed the food, around 3 USD/dish/enough for lunch. They don't speak English btw. View all feedback.
What Chrissy Lamont (Chrissy L doesn't like about Pho Samaki:
Came here for pho disappointing. Small portion, bit pricey, not the flavour I was looking for in pho. Dim sum was Ok, 2:50$ for 3 pieces. Rice and pork small portion, overpriced, flavour ok. Best thing were the avocado and chocolate frappes...very good but $3 (More than our food price). Probably won't come back...maybe for the frappes only. Lots of things not available from the menu. I ate here April 28th 2018. I had dim sum four different kinds can't remember exactly which ones however they were all delicious. Had a Cambodian Thai iced tea also delicious. Yeah there was almost nobody in there and I don't think there ever is. 2.50 per steam tray. To me it does seem a little bit pricey but again it was good and I'll go back.
An OK option for dim sum. Photo shows many of the usual dim sum choices. $2.50 per basket. Quality is fair, place seems clean. But completely empty restaurant at 12:30 afternoon on a Friday. I prefer turnover of food, and lots of other customers.
Probably the best place in town for Pho. Pretty affordable at $2 4 a bowl and they also have dim sum if you're not into beef noodles. Don't expect rice dishes as there's only one roast duck.
