We stayed in the hostel so it was perfect to grab breakfast here. The cheese and ham omlettes were very tasty, the staff very nice and friendly, we enjoyed our breakfast in the small terrace in the sunshine. If we stayed longer, we should definitely have tried their lunch menus too! I really liked that they are supporting various local cultural events and multicultural exchange programmes, and according to the menu,... View all feedback.
What Renata Ene doesn't like about Burg Hostel:
I ordered some vegetarian stuffed cabbage rolls. Unfortunately they turned out frozen on the inside. After I made this clear to the waiter, my plate was placed in a microwave after which i could continue my dinner. View all feedback.
Berg Hostel offers accommodation within the Sighisoara castle walls, but I have just lunch there. The menu was limited, mostly homemade Romanian cuisine. I had a bowl of vegetable soup, hot and slow with lots of vegetables in a tomato stock. It went well with a hunk of fresh crust bread. The staff was friendly, spoke some English. I ate outside at a little table on the street. I thought the prices were reasonable.
Good and cheap food, nice people staying in the hostel, especially young people and artists, as we were there during the festival
Nice crafts market also here. We ate for a small market. Food was good and restful staff nice. Price average for area. Only negative was the guy at the reception was very grim and not helpful
Nice place and less than average price (3 second plates, appetizer, 3 beer for 90 RON). We ate well but the order took to much to be delivered. Suggested
I stayed here for one night. I was alone in the room, and I had a great view. The only thing that was not so good was the small window it was too warm and I could not sleep good because of warmth. Everything else was good.
