Unfortunately I can't backup the great ratings. The food is edible but not enjoyable: overcooked soggy vegetables in oil-water for all the different dishes we had. The risotto was also soggy with hard rice and chewy, dry fish. Food also doesn't look appealing, we should have taken it as a warning. Prices not appropriate for quality and size. Best restaurant in Sifnos. Marino has 37 year of experience. The food was amazingly prepared. You can also have the view of the Vathi beach while dining. Highly recommend the stuffed aubergine. Overall five star! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice to eat on the beach after swimming. Reasonable prices for the standards of the expensive Sifnos. Very nice eggplant imam. But we didn't like the chickpeas. Very nice touch, the baked bread with salt, oil and oregano. Unfortunately we didn't try more dishes to have a better opinion. I'm giving 4 stars because of the chickpeas, which since it's one of the must-try dishes in Sifnos, it should be the best. Food: 4
