Most articles not whole foods or very nutritious as their name and description says. They have burgers, nachos, processed vegan sausages and eggs as well as many other articles. Not much effort on the vegan food for a fully vegan restaurant. Most articles are only fast vegan processed foods that they buy and sell. Very expensive! But it's in a neighborhood that I don't see her price sinking anytime soon. For the service it was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and worth the price.
When having a nice beach day on the key this is the best spot to go to! They offer a little bit of everything… from fresh juices, smoothies, breakfast, lunch, and delicious treats! Their menu also has gluten free and nut allergy options, which is hard to find. Everyone i have brought to this spot loves the food and the character of this place. Nutritous you is a small family owned business with lovely staff members that enjoy what they do. This is a place everyone needs to go to : !
My favorite new restaurant!! This place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic, the juices are made fresh in house, and EVERYTHING is Vegan friendly. I am so excited to see another plant based restaurant and I will definitely be a regular at this one! I can’t go without mentioning the friendly staff! Everyone was wonderful. Great experience. Highly recommend!
Vegan! Very good burger. Nachos could use a little more something. Like one more ingredient or something. It was good though.
This place was a lovely little spot with raw and cooked vegan choices, delicious smoothies, and the best vegan cinnamon rolls! I loved this place!
