i've been to this restaurant before Iand had a good meal but this time. It was terrible. Two steaks that were ordered medium came extremely rare and the cheese inside wasn't even melted. The chairs that they have outside umder the tent are very cheap as one of my guests collapsed in the chair in the pavement. nobody from the restaurant even came over to see if he was OK. Had two of the specials. Both were excellent. Swordfish is always a great choice. Our server, Andy F, was amazing. If you go ask for him. He was attentive, made good conversation and showed he cared that we were taken care of. The service industry has been rough but Andy was above and beyond. Kudos!
Finally ate here though we've been vacationing in siesta key for over 25 years and we own a home here! I don't know why we we skipped this we made a giant mistake because we had the best meal of our lives last night. Highly recommend!
One of my absolute favorites on Siesta Key! I've been going there for years and just recently was diagnosed with Celiac disease. So, I was thrilled to find out that they have gluten free pizza crusts. This pizza was amazing, and I was so happy to finally be able to eat a great tasting pizza. The Greek salad was also delicious, and I love their wine selections. I usually come to Siesta Key twice a year and now I really have something to look forward to!

Wow! We've been coming to siesta key for years and years, and never stopped at Flavio's. It is a new must for us, and we will be back regularly. Lucy, the bartender, did an excellent job. The food was great and the service was wonderful.
