Fresh - Sierra Vista

The Asian chicken salad featured frozen chicken, wilted iceberg lettuce, a vinaigrette that didn't have an Asian flavor, and a soggy piece of toast. My men's panini was just okay. I won't be coming back again.

We have adored Fresh ever since they arrived in the city! Everything on their menu is delicious! I really appreciate being able to enjoy a healthy meal at such a great price!

This restaurant offers generous portions and a spacious dining area. While there aren't a lot of vegetarian options, there are a few available. I ordered a small salad, which turned out to be quite large and, as the name suggests, very fresh. It's similar to a Subway sandwich shop where you can choose your desired toppings; you pick five ingredients along with a protein. I went with hard-boiled eggs, but they also offered cheese and meat. It was a refreshing change from the usual lunchtime spots that tend to feel a bit monotonous, like Del Taco. I think the salad cost around $7.50. They also feature unique unsweetened ice cream flavors that are hard to come by elsewhere, such as ginger peach and blackberry sage. The ambiance is a bit dated, reminiscent of old salad bars, but they do their best given the shopping center location.

BLUF: Food is 3 5 stars. Soups are always good. Salads are okay. Customer service 3 5 stars, they take care of you up front but forgot my fork and napkins. Environment 1 5 stars. Very loud with timers beeping and blenders blending. My 30's something eyes, still 20 20, have a hard time seeing the menus. I've been coming to fresh for many years, since they opened. The food has always been pretty good but today not as good as the first two years. I usually get the southwest salad and a broccoli cheese soup. Today they packed my salad container fully. Soup tasted great. They did miss my utensils and napkins, both of which are behind the counter. I had to wait for customers to get through the register before I got my utensils. My biggest complaint here is the dang beeping timers and small menus. I have 20 20 vision and have a hard time seeing the ingredients. This caused me to get olives in my salad, which I don't like. Not a big deal, ate around them but their menu is too small. Overall, I'll go back when I want a salad and try to remember the olives. Maybe takeout is the best option here.

Don't waste your lunch time here. Place isn't worth eating at, place is also dirty and if your concern about Covid Don't go here. Read all the 1 star reviews they are spot on this place.. name should be changed from Fresh to Non Fresh.
