Filibertos - Sierra Vista

I will delete this message once I receive a response. The food is consistently good at this restaurant. However, I always look forward to getting menudo on weekends, but today, on Sunday 10/09, it was disappointing. It seems like something changed, perhaps a new chef or something, as there was hardly any meat, no soup, an abundance of hominy, and no flavor. As a regular customer, my advice is to maintain consistency in the quality of your dishes. Thank you.

Looking for quick and delicious food? Filiberto's is the place to go. I had heard amazing things about their Carne Asada Fries and decided to check it out based on a recommendation from a coworker. Filiberto's is a chain with locations across Arizona, a few in California, and New Mexico. This small restaurant on Fry Blvd in Sierra Vista offers authentic Mexican cuisine. I tried the Green Chile and it was fantastic. The flavor was spot on and it came with rice and beans. Their Horchata is a must-try if you enjoy a cinnamon flavor. My coworker ordered the Carne Asada Fries and was impressed by the generous portion of meat, sour cream, and guacamole. The taste was excellent, but the portion was so big that we couldn't imagine finishing it and returning to work afterwards! The ambience isn't anything special, just a hole in the wall, but the food more than makes up for it. The prices are affordable to moderately priced. Will I be back? Absolutely!

Who doesn?t like a Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito w/ Horchata at 1145pm..? Luckily the drive through is open until midnight, pleasant staff. Burrito was delicious and well put together, Horchata on point and the red sauce had a great spicy kick.

Went through the Drive thru for dinner. It was busy but I know being patient would pay off. I ordered the carne asada plate and wow! I absolutely loved it!

After waiting in line in the drive thru for 15+ minutes, I asked for a soda, and she charged me for it. REALLY??? Got the food home. Carne asada fries. Was COVERED in meat. Very impressed. And it was very good.
