What Burdette Baumbach likes about Dunkin':
The first time Dunkin tried and I loved my experience. At first, when I bite into the donut, I was disappointed because there was no cream, but halfway through was enough cream that made the donut perfect. I just wish they add more cream so that it balances. Excellent with my icy coffee sugar cookie cream. And the price is very reasonable. Consistently terrible customer service by one employee over an 18 month span. Hate when I see him and he hates when I walk through the door bc he knows what I’m gonna order. Apparently ordering 4 sandwiches is a declaration of war to him. So glad Walmart opened a Dunkin so I can order sandwiches for me and my children without feeling like I should have made breakfast.
