Country House - Sierra Vista

This might not be the best choice if you're worried about social distancing or pandemic protocols, but the food is exceptional. My favorite dish is the GIANT Land Roasted Steak Eggs. I also really enjoy the Supreme Omelette, and they certainly have the best French toast within a wide area.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food and chatting with the waitstaff. Today, I ordered a Cobb salad, and it was HUGE! Priced at $13, it was worth every penny for me. This has been my complete experience. Thank you!

The food is quite good, and the decor and atmosphere have an old house charm. Most of the clientele seems to be older, so be prepared to raise your voice a bit to be heard over the noise from hearing aids. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, but our server did her best to catch up. I found their breakfast options to be better than lunch. If you do go for lunch, definitely try the corn engravings—they were delicious!

After having some really bad experiences in other restaurants, I wondered if my service standards were too high, but then I came to the country house and was reminded of what good service really was all. Our server was friendly and professional and made me feel at home. With Skyrocketing prices everywhere I was amazing how much food I got for $15. I've got the meat pot and I got it with a soup, cornbread, potatoes and Cole Slav. There was so much food that I did not even notice that the Cole was missing but the waitress did and she gave me some to go at the end of the meal. There was so much food that it fed me for lunch and diner the next day. I have to say this is my new favorite place to eat in Sierra Vista.

Over all experience was good. They probably were understaffed like every place else. But the wait for food and to be checked on took a little long. We ran out of drinks and had to wait for refills. Finished our food before drink refills. Would i recommend this restaurant? Yes I would. Food was really good.
