Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings sucks. Sat at my table for 30 min before someone even came over to me and it’s not even busy. Who knows maybe my food will be cold too.

When we got there, we waited about 10 minutes before someone seated us. We ordered our food and waited about 45 minutes to get it. When the food came out, the wings fries were cold. The waitress never refilled our drinks either. It doesn’t deserve even one star, but I had to enter it to write the review. I won’t be back.

Makes no sense how these cooks can’t season food properly. Also the waiters are nice there is no way I can’t get a simple refill while there is only 2 other tables sitting. They just need to step it up they are never that busy when I am there and I can’t even get simple refills extra things I need . The food is good though but when it comes to dry rubs and seasonings on fries the cooks can do way better because this is outrageous. Also ordered lemon pepper wet multiple times and it came out as dry rub every time.

I’ll go in order: Food- I got lemon pepper wings and the dry rub was falling off the wing completely, it just looked like dust collected on my plate. The chicken was still raw and I was told that there wouldn’t be a refund or new batch. Service- it took them approx. 2 hours to seat my wife and I, despite there being a plethora of open booths. When asked about the long wait, we were told that they were understaffed, even though staff was seen just walking from the kitchen out into the main seating area with nothing in their hands. Atmosphere- if you like eating with the scent of rank B.O, this is the place for you! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Part of our order came out 10 minutes later than first part. Waitress never came back for refills and took forever to check us out! Will not be back!
