What Agustín Pugliese doesn't like about El Encuentro:
Bad attention. We ordered the barbecue and the chicken was raw. 3 times we asked for dressings and napkins to be brought to us. Very inattentive staff. They didn't have cream or dulce de leche for dessert. We ordered a vino to finish the lunch and they only had coffee. I definitely won't be coming back again.
