The place is a bit hidden and not on the main tourist path, but still close to all the main attractions. We were practically the only guests, so it was very quiet and relaxing, which was great. The food was excellent. We had meatballs in tomato sauce, pasta and wild boar. The staff was very friendly and they brought homemade bread with olive oil before the meal, which was a nice touch. It's too bad we're staying in Siena for only one day, otherwise we would visit again for sure. P.S.: My wife said she had the best caffe latte since she can remember. And she drinks a lot of coffee :

It wa... read more We spontaneously visited Bruscello in mid-September during our trip to Siena and were absolutely thrilled. Superb service, fantastic food, and great wine. It was the best meal I had on my entire trip to Italy! We ordered the pici (incredibly good! , the stracotto di manzo al chianti con purea di patate, beef tongue arrosticini with teriyaki sauce, and for dessert, a crepe cake and the Taste of Siena coffee, along with a very good espresso. Everything about the evening was perfect, and I highly recommend spending an evening here :
