I finally found Kang Le at the right location. Please note, there have been changes - remove the old photos! It was confusing. I will also share a part of the updated menu. When I arrived, an elderly woman approached me and informed me that there was no food being served. I ended up going to Happy Naughty nearby, but it was not a satisfying experience.
