Honestly, I was in Michelin star restaurants throughout Europe and this place has nothing to envy... the February menu was from this world revisiting local ingredients and taste profile with a spin of modernity. A great point for the visual and aesthetic, the spirit blows! View all feedback.

This was by far the best culinary experience we had in Siem Reap. A beautiful fine dining set up that we will never forget. Everything was outstanding! These chefs and staf deserve a michelin star. Specially in a country like Cambodia and Siem Reap. Small note, if you're paying by cash bring newly printed usd bills as the country's monetary policies demand them to refuse older bills. Which might be awkward given the class of the restaurant.
An absolutely wonderful experience of a fine dining Khmer cuisine served in a French Haute Cuisine style. By far the best Khmer fine dining I ever had. Carefully selected local and seasonal ingredients, beautifully crafted with a lot of attention to details, from the complexity and symphony of the tastes, to the aesthetics of colours and presentations, to even the philosophy of the shapes on the plate and of the plate itself circles, squares, curves, celestial representations, there is so much to feast on by the eyes, the brain and the palate. Describing it as a Zen dinner is not exaggerating at all! Not forgetting the beautifully decorated ambient and the wonderful and well trained service provided by the crew. You even get to meet the Chef and bring home a copy of the menu of the evening and four deliciously made macarons as free gifts! Menu (which is a fixed tasting menu, but can be customized to dietary requirments changes every month Wine selection is also adequate I will certainly visit them again when I next visit Siem Reap
Don't miss this! We had amazing Khmer food here. The dishes were delicious and the set menu was well designed and thoughtful. We had not many good Asian fine meals in Southeast Asia, but this was really out. The dessert of the baked mango with sesame seeds candy ice cream was the star. You could also have more if you wanted after your first serving, it was also great that she always left the sauce on the table for you if you wanted more with your plate. The entire female team of employees was really amazing. We loved to taste these refined aromas of Cambodia and would recommend it to others.
The best value for money tasting meal I had anywhere in the world. The wedding salad and beef packs were absolutely extraordinary as both main were (Sea bass with a panang curry-like sauce and chicken in a rich basil sauce). Strongly recommend the herbal tea pairing. If you come from a place where quality wine is widespread, SE Asia is not a great / economic place to seek wine, but every herbal tea on the menu is excellent and couples wonderful with the dishes they accompany.
