Fir... read more What a shame, it was supposed to be a great evening with good friends. Unfortunately, it didn't start off well and didn't improve as the evening progressed. First, a disabled woman with a disability card was refused parking in front of the restaurant because of alleged VIPs, then the staff weren't very efficient (they blamed it on it being their first day on the job), and finally, you couldn't hear yourself think. The ambiance is nice, but the noise level was unbearable. We decided to leave immediately after dinner; nobody needs a headache.

Because of my mobility impairment and my blue parking permit, I figured it would be okay to park as close to the entrance as possible. The parking lot was completely empty! I had reserved a table for five people. A man immediately approached me and said I couldn 't park there, that it was all reserved for celebrities. When I showed him my permit, he said, Never mind. Hmm? Then he said he 'd find me a parking space nearby. Well, what choice did I have? But I thought that was pretty ridiculous and concluded that I, as a disabled person, wasn 't welcome. Oh, about the celebrities: I have no idea, but I didn 't recognize any of them.

Service attentive. Noisy, echoing premises. Conversations with seven people at a table are a challenge, both in the front and back rooms. Today I sat at a table in the front room next to the bar. The side door next to the bar, leading outside, was constantly being opened and closed every minute, despite the cold outside temperature of +2°C (staff smoking? putting away Christmas decorations, bringing in cleaning supplies, bringing in and out boxes/Euro crates, taking buckets in and out, empty bottles out, full beer crates in, etc. . Or the outside door was simply left open... It was freezing cold inside at the table, on my back, and on my feet. The staff acknowledged my warning about the freezing conditions, but I didn't notice any improvement. They didn't seem to care. There's no draft protection for this door next to the bar.

The dining room has been given a bright and welcoming upgrade through the renovation. The staff is efficient and friendly. The food is good, and the menu offers... read more The dining room has been given a bright and welcoming upgrade through the renovation. The staff is efficient and friendly. The food is good, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes. Bringing my large dog was no problem, and I couldn't find a comfortable spot for him. There are carpets in some parts of the dining room. Overall, it's a bit noisy, which can make conversation difficult.
