The service was okay, and the burger arrived on the table in 10 minutes. The dining room is quite dark. There was a sink in the dining room, but unfortunately, it lacked soap and paper towels.

The order, consisting... read more The delivery window kept getting pushed back. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost two hours for my food. The delivery driver was friendly. The order, consisting of a burger, fries, a side dish, and a drink, was complete, still warm, and very tasty. They've switched from cardboard to styrofoam packaging. The quality of the food was good, although the burgers used to be bigger. In my opinion, the price isn't really justified. It's a real shame, because the place has great potential if the delivery didn't take so long.

I really like this plac... read more Normally (and overall), my husband and I would give this place 5 stars. We love the atmosphere and the food at Want Beef here in Siegen. I really like this place and we want to keep coming back as customers. We were there for lunch last week after running a few errands in the city. After we had decided what we want, my husband steps up in line to order and the cashier, a young lady with light brown hair, takes his order but does it with the worst attitude. She rolled her eyes and acted like we were wasting her time. She shoved the forms for us to fill out and that vibration device that notifies you when you 're order is ready and just walked off. All he did was state what he and I wanted to eat. Nothing more. We fill out the form and go outside to sit down and looked at each other like what just happened...? . I go back to the dispensers to get some mayo and she 's still in the back, smiling and chatting it up with another coworker and staring at her phone. I wanted to ask for the manager but had to calm down and tried to let it go. She was treating other patrons the same way so we just ate our food and left. I guess it 's bothering me because I 've experienced the whole Servicewüste atmosphere in other places, but I honestly wasn 't expecting it here. I really want to come back but if anyone working there is reading this, talk to your employees working the front about having a good attitude. It 's not that hard. I 've worked in service before, I get that it can be tiring at times, but there was no excuse for this. Nobody, including the 5 other patrons after us, were being weird or demanding to her.
