Today in the well-stocked center outside the bumpy season: completely overwhelmed staff, no idea of gastronomy (0.3l glass for a 0.5 l wheat beer!, other drinks under the oak... . Did not know your own dishes and sizes. Some customers even left their food because they didn't want to eat cold.

Tastes good, but completely unsuitable for taking. Firstly, one must always stand forever, because unfortunately there is only one cash force and sometimes the buns are relocated by it. Secondly, the rolls are not completely cut through, so that the fish falls out on the side when eating and with bad luck still pours over one. So quickly eating on the way ends here rather in frustration.

On 27.06.23 everyone had eaten a baked bread. The next day all three had a food poisoning. (I'll leave details). So either the fish was not OK or the remoulade was not okay. Hygiene should be written here very large. Health office Siegen is informed.
