When I complained, I was given a different cashier at the register who was very rude and initially told me I'd only get 1.95 back. But when I explained to her that if I ordered 2 coffees, one of which was paid for with a Family Card, I'd have to get 2 x 1.95 back, she didn't understand. I had to get another cashier to come over, who was nice and friendly, and give me the exact change. All of this can happen. But they still need to work on their friendliness!

There's only one working coffee machine... and you have to wait 10 minutes. The scrambled eggs and everything else are cold by the time you get your coffee. Lunch was okay, as always. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Never again for breakfast, even McDonald's is better.

The atmosphere is often practical and functional. As for the service, the staff aren't always the friendliest.
