Domino's Pizza - Sidney

I had a disappointing experience at the Domino's in Sidney, MT. The manager displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. Our pizzas weren't even cut properly, and when we ordered casual wings, we received just bones instead. When we called to resolve the issue, the manager reacted negatively, implying we shouldn’t have ordered what we did. Although they promised to return our call and address our concerns, they never played back any recordings of the conversation, and instead continued to threaten us regarding the price. Their approach showed a lack of professionalism, and this behavior reflects poorly on the franchise. After this experience, I am hesitant to order from Domino's again.

The service at the restaurant was disappointing. I believe the server's name was Jacob, but he often forgot parts of our order or kept items for himself. Some of the drink servers were rude, making snide comments and taking pictures if patrons didn't leave a generous tip, which I find unacceptable. While other staff members seemed eager to help, they looked overwhelmed and unable to support their coworker effectively. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The general manager was dishonest. My pizza and food were never delivered, and they didn't even arrive nearby. They were uncooperative when it came to remaking the order or issuing a refund. I would like to speak with the district manager this evening.

Pizza was great. Exactly what we ordered but although we are literally right across the street the delivery boy ignores flashing porch lights and after trying to wave him down I believe he might not have had a problem mowing us over.....3rd time in a row..... Awesome pizza otherwise

Always love this place for a quick dinner time with family. the best pizza, but they also have salads and other items on the menu.
