What Matt W doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
I had 20 wings and 2 beers during my visit. The beer was excellent—smooth and cold, definitely a 5/5. However, the wings were served incredibly quickly, which made it clear they weren’t made to order; they seemed to have been fried in bulk and just sauced when needed. Food was good, but service was terribly slow for how empty the place was for lunch (maybe kitchen was slow or server had to cover too many tables). Server was polite.
Bar staff in the back is tentative. We waited up front for 10 minutes without being greeted. I called the phone and no one even came out to answer it. We walked back to the bar to sit instead. Everyone was talking in the kitchen so I suppose that’s why we weren’t greeted. However, waitress in the bar was GREAT.
Waited 15 minutes for table but the food was good. Our waitress was excellent!
Called to see if I could place an order through the phone, because it wouldn't let me do a split giftcard/debit payment online. Katie hung up immediately without responding to my question.
