I highly recommend this place. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. We stayed overnight in Devon for a funeral, and they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and relaxing. I look forward to returning to Devon and would definitely stay here again. Overall we had a lovely meal. Our only complaint was that the steak and ale pie contained only 2 very small chucks of steak! It tasted delicious but paying £15.50 for delicious pastry and gravy is not ideal. Service was great. All waiting staff were attentive and service was good. View all feedback.

Beautiful pub inside and outside with a beer garden, eating and service very well and gladly recommend it and will come back.

Top notch reasonably price Sunday cavery. All fresh veggies. Excellent meat cooked to perfection. No tuff beef roast or bone dry turkey here.

Fantastic!!! Popped in on our 1st night of our 3 week motorhome trip and enjoyed amazing food and great service at this extremely busy pub/restaurant. Turned out to be one of our very best meals. Highly recommend, superb!

The menu is extensive, but could do with some more vegan choice. My steak and kidney pudding was the besst I have ever had. Superb service and great choice of beverages We plan to go back for a Sunday Carvery very soon This is one of the best eateries I have visited in a long while

I have just come in from a meal at The Blue Ball Inn for my 51st birthday and it was lovely, I had the Fresh crab salad and it was very yummy loads of bread and butter to go with the very large amount of crab on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and diced cucumber and for dessert I had the toffee pudding with clotted cream, just perfect, the staff were very good and it was a pleasure, I very much intend to visit very soon again :
