The rib... read more Here on the way home and tried the Smoked Trio Special. I'm so glad I made it! The smoked brisket tasted brilliant and melted like butter in your mouth. The ribs peeled the bones as I want, and the smoked sausage was spicy and tasteful. I chose the Pommes and these weren't your normal stick friars, they were more like very thick potato chips. Very nice turn. I really hope they make this special menu item.
