I have a... read more Amazing facility, lovely and quiet unlike mainstream gyms. I live in Chichester and make the drive specifically for here and go to Asda on my way home. I have a hidden disability and was so worried about coming as my experiences at other facilities have been terrible but all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and polite, lovely people. The cafe is 100% vegan and amazing, such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the blueberry smoothie I got was AWESOME! They very kindly substituted in oat milk for me and put my mind at ease about my pineapple allergy/cross contamination as well. Highly highly recommend!
