Trailhead - Sidewinder

Views are great. Food is horrendous Zero Stars. The kitchen overcooked salmon to jerky and made a medium rare elk burger taste like a woodchip. Sent over cooked rice back and got the same results. If you're looking for food extra well done, dry and no flavor then this is your place. If you like non-dehydrated meat, fish, graind and veggies then go somewhere else. Very dissatisfied after all the other positive reviews on here.

Poor experience! The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and the appetizers were ok. The menu options were plentiful, but the actual food served was nothing more than frozen food warmed up. The 10oz steak was very thin and over cooked, the fish for the fish chips was processed frozen patties, and the salmon was under cooked. We gave them a chance to correct the salmon, but the second one was still raw in the middle. The restaurant is very expensive and serves warmed up frozen food.

The food here was severely lacking. I cannot believe the quality and taste for what we paid. The view was amazing! Servers were nice.

Stopped in to Trailhead after today's park adventure. I've been trying restaurants i havent experienced yet. I really love the ambiance I ordered the Trailhead Mountain Man burger with ham and bean soup as my side. The burger was very unique and delicious! The ham and bean soup was delicious as well! Chip povided excellent service and my food came out in a timely manner. I'll be back soon for breakfast!

They charged me 4.50.for a to go coffee, small cup. The lady at the check in counter with the long braided hair watched me look at the lamps for sale in their gift items and when I slightly moved the lamp just to see the price, she snapped I 'm not sure you 're supposed to touch it . Word of advice, put up signs that touching is not allowed and don 't treat people in a condescending manner. I come here a lot and actually bought hundreds of dollars worth of items for my cabin decor home. But this turned me off so bad that I left. She acted like she looked down on me.
